Following the FREE Intro Session all members are required to take 3 One on One Sessions with one of CFNL’s trainers. The total cost is $210 for the 3 sessions which will cover the foundation movements in CrossFit as well as a workout.
At the completion of the 3 One on One’s the remainder of your month is free. Depending on your comfort level you can set up additional One on Ones with a trainer, have a trainer alongside you during class for a discounted rate, or jump in on classes with the rest of the CFNL Community. We want to make sure you are comfortable at the start of your CrossFit journey.
It’s always great to meet CrossFitters from other places and gyms. If you have 3 months experience or more at a CrossFit Affiliate you are welcome to come in and try a few classes.
We know each gym can be run differently and we want to make sure you find CrossFit New Life a good fit. All we ask is that you email firstname.lastname@example.org ahead of time so we can welcome you. Following the 3 day trial period you can choose which monthly sign up option works best for you.
CrossFit is a back-to-basics strength and conditioning program. A program that delivers a fitness that is, by design, broad, general and all-inclusive. It combines constant variation, intensity, and functional movements in Workouts of the Day (WODs) to produce dramatic changes in strength, stamina, and body shape. We don’t use isolation machines or treadmills we employ dumbbells, kettlebells, barbells, olympic lifting, pull up bars, joint mobility, tires, running, complex conditioning, agility drills, plyometrics, rowing, and just about anything else that will increase strength and freedom in your everyday movements. CrossFit movements are functional and based on the natural movements of human beings. In a nutshell, our specialty is not specializing.
That’s great and all but can I do it? Is CrossFit for me? It looks really hard!
The CrossFit program is designed for universal scalability making it the perfect application for any individual regardless of experience. We’ve used our same routines for elderly individuals with health issues and high level competitive athletes. We scale load and intensity we don’t change programs. We constantly vary the exercises, sets, reps, durations and intensity to provide the maximum stimulus for our clientele. It’s not easy, it will challenge you, but that is what makes it worth doing.
